Mini Marcie Leather Camera Shoulder Bag

Nordstrom, this is the 3rd USED designer bag you have sent to me! I guess I’ll have to go straight to the Designer if I want to purchase and actually receive a NEW bag. The tags were torn off (yes, physically torn) and absolutely no protective packing other than the dust bag. Thankfully the shoulder strap was there, just wadded in a ball and shoved in the bag, the little leather stays from the straps were floating loose in the bag. I’m astounded at the lack of care shown in packing and caring for an almost $2k handbag. I won’t be purchasing hand bags from Nordstrom any longer.
