Arrived with no dust bag nor tags
While there’s nothing wrong with the bag, it arrived with no dust bag nor tags from BV. I should’ve shopped at the actual BV store instead. Disappointed in you Nordstrom!!!!!

love the color
It’s a great size bag I just had to take it back opening it was a hassel and it was/will dent where tht lays on the bag. The color is amazing and matches w/ a lot I just couldn’t love it like I wanted too! I wish they would make this color bag in other shapes besides the camera & cassette because those don’t fit me well either! I hated having to return it

Quality Control Disaster
I ordered this bag THREE separate times. First one was clearly used for months with worn leather in all the places that it would be worn with regular use. I loved the color and style so I returned it and ordered it again. That one came with not only the security tag attached but with signs of wear once again (it was a different bag though). I am trying again and hoping the third time is the charm, but it says a lot about Nordstrom quality control. I tried to buy this on BV's website but unfortunately don't think it's sold there.

Love this bag
I decided to purchase the burgundy color which is very rich and one of my favorite colors. I usually dont carry small purses but this one has enought room for my essentials. I am so glad i got one. Perfect for travel. Very light.
