Not As Described on the Website

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The bag arrived poorly wrapped, which already made me question the quality and care put into shipping. For the price I paid, I expected much better. On top of that, the bag does not match the description on the website. The photos clearly show an adjustable strap, but the one I received does not have one. This was extremely disappointing and not what I expected at all.

Beautiful Bag!

The bag is beautiful in person. Leather quality is always good with Chloé. Simple and minimalistic design. The bag itself does not have adjustable strap as in the picture so be mindful if you want adjustable strap. Other than that, it’s gorgeous. I can fit my iPhone, keys, a slim cardholder, and a lipstick in the bag. Overall, I am happy with the bag and definitely think it’s worth the price.
