The bag comfortably held my phone, keys, gloss, and a good-sized wallet. With a white bag, I’ve learned you need to be strategic, and the size of this bag allows you to dress it up or down. Looks Cheap IRL
Not at all what I expected. Was very shiny and looked like a mini trash bag. Also mine did not have any of the cute charms depicted in the photo. Was very disappointed with the quality for the price point.

Beautiful bag but USED
Tory is a staple in my closet. Nordstrom will not be a staple in my closet anymore moving forward if I pay $500 for a handbag that’s obviously been returned based on the tag and has been slightly used. I didn’t buy a used Tory Bag but that’s what I received.

Elegant and unusual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moment I saw this bag online, I had to have it. Everything about it is so adorable. I really love the two colors of metal chains, white and gold so it goes with both my white and yellow gold jewelry. The gold decorative chain has beautiful charms. The photos don’t do it justice. I live in South Florida, so I’ll be wearing this six months out of the year. I’d wear it during the day with a day dress, and in the evening to go out.
