Quality with plenty of room
Bag showed up within a week. Strathberry suggests treating the leather before wear which is fair. I would recommend as it helps prevent color transfer from other clothing. It has plenty of room for dinner date stuff.

Horrible customer service
Lovely bag but it was damged. I Used to love Nordstrom but recently their customer service has gone down the drain. I ordered this bag them and ordered it for home delivery. I happened to be home and heard the van pull up the circular driveway. The driver TOSSED the box out the window as he drove off. It was tossed 4 feet away from the door. Front door camera caught it on video. The box was beat up. And since the carrier didn't use bubble wrap, the bag was slightly damaged. I spoke to customer service and the only thing they said they could do was issue a refund once the item was returned. This bag was a bday present for literally the day after. Why not offer a discount? Or offer to send a replacement item and over night it? Nope. Neither of those things. They kept saying "we will bring this up to our team and note this aboit the carrier so it doesn't happen again". Well how does that help me? Save your money. Shop elsewhere. They used to have exceptional customer service. Not anymore.
