Disappointed with Nordstrom
I love the purse design, material and all. However, the purse was definitely returned by someone. It no longer smells like a brand new purse, there are scratches inside the purse and creases all over. Nordstrom, I’m disappointed. You should have checked this purse upon return and not re-sold it in its condition!
