Poor Craftmanship.
The satchel was extremely small: and the zipper so difficult to open. Plus the bag did not open enough. I couldn't even put my hand inside and I have a small hand. I think this satchel was diffective.

Bad purchase.
Bad purchase!!! A few days after buying it, the zipper fell off, the string broke into pieces, it peeled and I went to the store and it has no warranty. It was damaged before a year of buying it. Very bad experience with this bag.

This is crazy
Purchased this bag and when purchasing it said signature required… I get home from work read an email stating USPS delivered this to the back yard near the garage in the snow when I have a front door and bigger mailboxes with keys that this could have went to… when I go and look for package… nothing outside!!!!

Bag arrived damage
Bag arrived damaged. Scratch on the front of it!!! For spending this much money on a handbag, it should not arrive damaged. Nordstrom said they can only refund me or exchange (but the bag is sold out so exchanging is not an option). I said I would keep it if they credit me some money back and they said they can't do that. Do better, Nordstrom. Very disappointed.
