Side Slit Knit Midi Skirt

I was looking for a straight, mid-calf skirt and this is perfect. The straight lines are so much more flattering than A-lines, and allows it to be paired with either slim tops or slouchy tops and still look polished. The fabric is substantial but not bulky. I haven't washed the skirt yet so can't comment on how it will survive the laundry, but it is a wrinkle free fabric when wearing. This is the type garment to help build a versatile wardrobe with, and spans the seasons.

this is a lovely skirt that far excelled my expectations. i believe the web-site describes the fabric as being "knit" which almost put me off ordering the skirt, but i decided to take the chance. i am so glad i did, because the fabric simply does not look like a "knit." it is a beautiful, mid-weight and seemingly woven material. when i say "mid-weight," i mean that it is unlined and does not need a lining or a slip. in particular, i wanted a MIDI skirt, which is hard to find, at least for someone my height of 5'8" 115 1bs. this skirt indeed hits me a little below the middle of my shin, exactly what i wanted. in addition the elastic waistband is soooo comfortable. there is nothing NOT to like about this wonderful skirt.
