I purchased these sandals for my wife for Christmas. We had recently been to the Nordstrom at the Dallas Galleria when I saw her eyeballing them. When we got back home I ordered them and had the shipped to a Nordstrom Rack near me so I could pick them up. Everything went extremely well and it was a complete surprise to her on Christmas Day. They fit perfectly and look amazing

They sent me the display shoes. The left sandal was stretched out so much I could barely walk in them. For $322 you guys need to fix this.

so pretty but so unbelievably uncomfortable
So disappointed…I went up half a size from my usual and the length was a little long but the width was better …. Padded footbed which was great but the emblem that sits on the top of your foot arch was agonizing…because it’s knotted like a piece of rope , it sits on top of your foot arch like a hard piece of rope … why not Mays they section flat so it’s sits flat …bad design with not a lot of thought to Comfort …wish I could say I would put up with it but it was too painful … Sending them back …Tory Burch shoe designer needs to get with some actual people that wear the shoes and redesign
