Zipper trouble
I love the size of the bag. It was very compact, but the two zippers in the front of the bag were very hard to zip for the price of the bag. I didn’t want to be at an airport and have trouble with the top of the bag opening and closing. Other than that, I really love the bag, but I had to take it back.

Sleek and good quality
I’ve had this backpack for 2 years. I use it daily for work and travel with it. It’s comfortable, good quality and has a clean look to it. The stitching and zippers are very in tact despite my regular use. I love the sleeve on the back that attaches to your luggage.

Bad Zipper Quality
Don’t buy, not worth it. Got this for my fiance for Christmas and within 3 months the zipper was completely broken and the backpack was unusable. It was hard to zip to begin with, so definitely not made for everyday use.
