Nice weight and feel. Shrunk a couple sizes when laundered and now fits snug.

You cancelled this twice. The first time I saw an email telling me that it had been cancelled. I was out of the country and planned to pick it up the day that I saw the cancellation.. I then re-purchased it and was told that it was in stock at Nordstrom Rack and available to pick up, but I discovered that you again cancelled it when I went to the store, and had not notified me. That is just unacceptable and not the Nordstrom that I became accustomed to that thrived on excellent customer service. I should have been contacted immediately when you determined that you actually did not have the size that you said you did and cancelled the order. That is the reason that customer service gave for the cancellation.

Why are the towels so much softer?

This is the thickest and softest terry cloth robe I’ve ever had. I have been looking for a thick absorbent robe to replace my old Lauren by Ralph Lauren robe. I not only wear it before/after a shower, but I find myself lounging in it. Great quality!

Exactly how I’d imagine a luxe cotton robe would feel. Feels like a very heavy towel. So soft. I’m typical a L/XL and was expecting the xl to be very big. It is oversized on me but not as much as I was hoping or expecting.
