You cancelled this twice. The first time I saw an email telling me that it had been cancelled. I was out of the country and planned to pick it up the day that I saw the cancellation.. I then re-purchased it and was told that it was in stock at Nordstrom Rack and available to pick up, but I discovered that you again cancelled it when I went to the store, and had not notified me. That is just unacceptable and not the Nordstrom that I became accustomed to that thrived on excellent customer service. I should have been contacted immediately when you determined that you actually did not have the size that you said you did and cancelled the order. That is the reason that customer service gave for the cancellation.
