Before purchasing the Miko Mini AI Robot, potential buyers should be aware of the significant customer service issues with Miko. As an appealing and innovative product, the Miko Mini may catch your eye, but my experience with the company leaves much to be desired.
I backed another Miko product, Square Off, and have been deeply disappointed by the extensive delays and poor communication. This experience raises concerns about Miko's overall commitment to their customers and their ability to deliver on promises.
The issues go beyond product functionality; they reflect the company's approach to customer care. Timely delivery and responsive communication are crucial, and Miko has not met these expectations in my experience.
For those considering the Miko Mini AI Robot, especially on Nordstrom's platform, I advise careful consideration of the company’s track record in customer relations. It's essential to choose products from companies that value and respect their customers, something that Miko needs to improve upon.
