Horrible !!!
These boots are shown with a beautiful leather wrapped heel and yet I have gotten two different pairs with cheap shiny plastic heels, they look so cheap and tacky not like they were shown on the site on which I bought them. I have the Schutz in black with a larger heel height and they have a lovely black wooden heel and are gorgeous but these are So Tacky and will go back !!! I bought another pair of brown boots during the Anniversary sale that you couldn't get on so I called customer service and they suggested I put plastic bags on my feet !!! I tried but that didn't work so I bought these, Such a disappointment and so disappointed in Nordstroms. Why do they show one product and send a different one and I have sent one pair back and gotten a second one with cheap tacky plastic heels. Unbelievable !!!

Very Uncomfortable Out of the Box
It’s a pretty boot but super uncomfortable out of the box so I’ll be returning them. Not sure the quality is worth the price. The heel didn’t really bother me like it did other reviewers.
