14k Gold Butterfly Earrings

These are the tiniest, daintiest, gold butterfly earrings. The stones arent quite as visible in real life as they are on the photo's. The design of the earring lies flat on the ear which is great as it is less likely to bother the wearer. I imagine these would be perfect for an Infant. They are a great design, ideal size and are cute to boot. Problem is i was searching for earrings for a school age child and because these were listed as girls' earrings, i went for them. These are solidly baby earrings that would look best on a child of at most, four years of age. For that reason i took off a star, as they are incorrectly listed. The second star off is for price. Unless the higher cost is for shaping the earring; it is not justified as these are very tiny and flat and can't have much Karat weight. For my purposes, i'd say they cost too much for what they are, however, if i was in the market for Infant jewelry, i may think they are worth it as shaped gold earrings in that size and quality are pretty hard to find...ymmv.
