What it does: The practice of dry brushing stimulates lymphatic drainage to awaken the face and support overall skin health. Daily facial dry brushing may smooth fine lines, brighten appearance, reduce puffiness and dark circles, help clear congestion, tone and firm skin, gently exfoliate and stimulate cellular turnover.

How to use: Take the brush from the top of the temple and brush downward over the neck. Brush up forehead, down the center of the nose and light circles over eyes. Stroke down the cheeks toward the chin, then across the cheeks toward the temple.
Sweep up the jawline toward the ear. Then pull down the neck. Follow with face oil.
