Micro Shark Lock Leather Bucket Bag

I received the white bag and the locket was missing. I needed the bag for an event so I went in the store and purchased the black bag because the white was sold out. Customer service was great with returning the purchase via online. Different Nordstrom locations have different rules on returning designer items but the customer service online corrected the problem. Thanks customer service for correcting this issue.

The bag is really nice. However, I received it with no box, no tag, the chain detached on one side, and I can’t put the chain back on. It looks used. I’m sending it back. Hopefully, it’s not out of stock in, and they can exchange it.

The style is cute. However, my iPhone couldn’t fit. I had to return.
