It came in a plain plastic bag. No instructions, not a single word printed on the bag or an insert included. Am I supposed to guess?

Plastic Bag
When I opened the package it looked like I purchased it from Amazon. It was in a plastic bag with no instructions. I know how to use it or I can search YouTube, but I guess I expected more with a Nordstrom purchase. The previous one that I own was purchased on Amazon for less than half the price and came with a plastic carry case.

When you buy products from Purisonic just be aware that you need to go visit their own website for further information and details about any of their products. (I did not buy this product but have bought a product in the past and was confused myself) I ended up calling Nordstrom customer service and they took me to a link on the purisonic website. C/S at Nordstroms was awesome! They will help you if you can’t figure out how to get to purisonic.com (I believe - just thought this might help)
