Deco Madison Diamond Dial Watch Head, 29mm x 31mm

This is a beautiful watch . I purchased it in the rose gold as it feels feminine and unique. I find the contrast between the mother of pearl background and the watch hands (without the three ring circus of other details) to be easier to read . I probably would have preferred, no diamonds on the outside ,but that product doesn’t yet exist. So it’s a little extra bling . The sizing of the watch face is medium so that compensates and allows the overall look to be visually lovely but not overpowering. As usual, Nordstrom Customer Service was excellent. Shelly helped me at my local store to find exactly what I wanted . She had the watch transferred new from the east coast store and kept me up-to-date as to its arrival . She fit the watch to my wrist perfectly right when it arrived . This is a nice warm metal color in contrast to the cold winter weather!

I bought this watch online and it was sent from the Nordstrom 326 store in Mission Viejo, CA. Beautiful watch, unfortunately, it was not working. I called customer service and I was told they could not change the battery nor could they fix it. I am not sure if they checked if the watch was working before sending it to me. Sadly, I had to return it.
