Deco Diamond Dial Watch Case, 33mm x 35mm

I went into Nordstrom mid October, looking for a Michele watch for a gift. I wasn't sure what style or type of band I wanted to purchase. The second I walked up to the counter, a salesman was there to help me. I told him it was for a Christmas gift and I wasn't quite ready to make the purchase, that I was just looking. He began to show all me the different styles and informed me that there would be a trunk show at the beginning of December, and that day was also a 10 times point day, if I wanted to come check more inventory out then. We exchanged emails, and within a few days he had emailed me with a full description of the event, a look book of all the watches that would be available, and his phone number if I had any questions. Over the next month we emailed back and forth and I let him know what style of face and band I was interested. When it came time for the show, it happened to be on a Thursday, and was only going on until 6pm. I had to work and wouldn't be able to make it to the store until around 7/7:15. There was a private Nordstrom party beginning at 7pm that night as well. We went back and forth over email all day, and he made it a priority to get me on the guest list for the event, and have my watch waiting for me when I arrived. I have never been treated this well at any other store. He made me feel so special, and made sure that I received the highest level of customer service. Everything was made so easy and stress free. I now have someone who I feel I can reach out to regarding any product and he will make it happen! Really made my holiday season, and I cant wait to give the Deco watch as a gift!

I have a very small wrist and yet the watch case and the band fit beautifully. The mother-of-pearl face along with the diamond markers make this watch dressy enough for an evening out, but change the band to something fun and it's also perfect for a casual daytime outing. The black patent leather band makes the watch look very dressy. The aqua wave band makes the watch look fun and casual. I highly recommend this watch along with multiple bands!

I own a lot of watches (cheap to very expensive) This is the perfect everyday watch. Dressed up or dressed down, this watch works with everything. I love the idea of changing out the bands. The diamonds give it a little extra flare without being over the top. The size isn't teeny or outlandishly large, which, again, makes it that great everyday watch that will never go out of style.
