Knit Shirt

Nope, in this case, one size did not fit all. I'm 5'8", 38D, generally a medium (can wear Eileen Fisher sz small, but need large once in a while in other brands). I have and love a Michael Stars shirt in a one-size-fits-all that actually does fit me very well (go figure) so I was hopeful, but this pulled and gapped a lot across the bustline and was snug in the torso. If you're a consistent x-small and/or small, this will fit nicely. It's shapely, and the material is soft.

Love this shirt - very soft, nicely fitted without being tight. I was dubious about the sizing - how can one size fit sizes 2 - 10?? - but it works. Then again, I'm more in the size 10 range, so maybe this shirt would be huge on a petite woman. The reason for the 4 stars: as great as this shirt is, it's not a $118 shirt. That's ridiculous. That said, I'm keeping it, but I'd never admit in public I paid that much for it! I've been looking for jersey shirts in this style and they're hard to come by. The fabric is soft, yes, but so thin (I got black, so can't speak to the transparency of the gray color, but the black is not transparent) that I think I will carefully hand wash it; feels like it would get ripped up in the washing machine, even on the gentle cycle.
