Beautiful dress
Great rich brown color, jersey dress drapes nicely with just a touch of subtle ruching at the waist. I wanted a jersey dress that was not too clingy and not too loose; this dress is just right, and flattering. I'm a little zaftig, and 5'6". Mid-calf length is just right.

Flattering Dress
I got this dress in the Oak color and it’s a very pretty brown with hint of purple. I’d prefer to have a little less ruching but it’s still very flattering and I get compliments on the dress.

I’m pretty sure I was sent a dress that was out of season. The reason I say this is that I tried on the same style dress from another store and the fabric was entirely different than what I was sent compared to the photo. Secondly, I own a few dresses in this brand and none are in the fabric of the one sent. Last, the fabric was ribbed vertically, super loose. The fabric of dress in the photo in the photo is not ribbed and smooth, which mirrors the fabrics of all my other Michael Stars dresses. I seriously feel this was a knockoff that was accepted by someone that hasn’t seen a real Michael Stars dress and return to be resold.
