Comfortable, elegant and sophisticated
I purchased this shoes for a medical conference where I needed to look elegant and professional and also able to move without something hurting my feet. I was in love with shoes that I wore for 5 hours+ and didn't have any foot pain. Heel height is 3" which is perfect.

Stiff and uncomfortable
I'm so disappointed in these, I had high hopes of comfort. I thought that the term "FLEX" meant that they would be flexible. I am an 8.5/9, I ordered these in 9.5 because they claim to be cushioned, so I compensated for extra space. Well, the 9.5 were still too tight, the toe is very pointy (I could have ordered a 10), and the cushioning is minimal. The "leather" looks and feels cheap and fake, but I would have accepted it for comfort. The shoe felt stiff, inflexible, and still hurt in the toe area so I returned them.
