Fun Top

This is a fun summer top to wear with leggings or white pants. I ordered a size smaller and it fit perfect. There is virtually no waist in this because the elastic can be pulled down to hips. The top sleeves can be pulled down below the shoulders for a evening and sexier look. It can be worn during the day or at the office as well. .
