Just recieved this bag. I like the bag but don’t appreciate receiving used merchandise. Someone returned bag to you with car keys & remote. Rediculous you sent this out along with what was left in bag. Third time this month. About to give up on Nordstrom & I am a long time customer. No quality control at all. Then customer has to be the one inconvenienced! Think twice before ordering online with Nordstrom!

Bought this backpack today. I have been using this backpack in a deep indigo color for about 3years. Love it. It’s lightweight and can hold a ton of stuff. Great organization. Lots of zippered pockets on the inside and outside.
Saw this color and thought it was time for a new bag. Pricey, but it’s worth it for style & convenience.
