Polished and Unbothered!
This dress said “polished and unbothered” and I listened.
Wore it to a fancy cocktail charity event and she absolutely did what needed to be done. The lace + subtle metallic shimmer catches the light just enough to say “I donate… but I also slay.” The velvet trim details? Chic. Elevated. Slightly dramatic in the best way.
Now let’s talk logistics.
There is zero give. None. Not a stretch. Not a prayer. If you sit, you are committing. If you breathe deeply, do so strategically. She’s structured. She’s firm. She believes in posture.
The buttons are cute in theory… but they do hang a little while worn. Not tragic. Just… dangling with personality.

Work Holiday Party Dress
Cute dress for work holiday party. It was comfortable enough for sit down dinner and dancing. I’m 5’4” and size 10/12. I bought a 10 and it fit no issues. Rated a 4 because the buttons are sewn on a little loose.

Scratchy Fabric
Fit was true to size. The fabric in the shoulders to make them puff up was extremely itchy. I’m 5’4” and the length was fine. The buttons were a bit much for me as well. It just felt too costume-y with cheap details to be used for a holiday season dinner to me.
