Perfect Skirt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not expect there to be an underskirt, but loved that there was. Didn't ride up because of it. Quality material and construction. Waist band cinched the waist and fit perfectly. Great going out skirt and matched nicely with the Lux Tie Too I also purchased.
