Perfect Daily Hiker
I own a lot of Merrell footwear and needed a mid-height non-thermal hiker for warm weather walking and hiking. I find myself reaching for these hikers for walking the dog in dew-filled grass and for hiking the wooded paths. They're even great for my daily 2-3 mile walks! They are not a cushy feel, but the support and comfort is perfect!

Favorite shoes
These are the best, most comfortable and supportive shoes I have ever worn, I love them so much I ordered a second pair. They are waterproof, lightweight and so comfortable. At the end of long day, covering all types of terrain my feet are dry and nothing hurts, not my feet, not my legs or back.

Merrell Moab 3 Mid Waterproof
My third pair of Moab 3’s. I’m tough on hiking shoes and these are the best-fitting I have found. I use one pair just for citizen science monitoring activities in/around vernal pools near my home. Basically Moab 3’s are my everyday shoes year-around.

Perfect for Any Kind of Hike
