Moab 3 Mid Waterproof
These hikers have been remarkably consistant performers over the years. They are comfortable and provide great support over a variety of terrains. At times, I have stepped into a creek or walked across a dewey field. The hikers kept my feet dry as long as I did not get into water that was not too deep. The boots come in a variety of colors.

Don't get these boots wet
I am extremely disappointed with these boots and their claim to be waterproof. I recently walked The Cumbria Way in the UK, and roughly 2–3 km in, the route passes through a farm field. Within thirty seconds of crossing it, my boots, socks, and feet were soaked — forcing me to unexpectedly stop, dry out the inside of the boots, and change my socks. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these boots were sent as replacements for an initial pair that also failed to be waterproof. Two pairs, same problem — which suggests this isn't a one-off defect but a fundamental issue with the product's waterproofing. I expected far better from Merrell.

Super comfortable, holding up!
While I've not taken these through what will really be the test of their durability- which is conservation field work this summer- so far they have held up well through muddy hikes, sand, water, and daily use. I'm excited to see how they perform this summer.

They are great for everything!
These are my third pair. I love them. I wear them as everyday footwear! To the office, jobsites, or yard work. I started wearing Moabs for hiking and backpacking with my kids, now its for almost everything!

Great boots for people who walk alot
I bought my first pair of merrell moabs about 6 months ago and they do about 4-5 miles a day in every varying condition imaginable. At this point they're up to about 400 miles and the tread has finally wore out. No real issues quite comfy and breathable especially for how well they keep out water. Definitely going to buy another pair to replace these.
