Bad design
Everything about this shoe is a miss. The design actually is t that bad, but materials and execution is completely aren’t working here at all. The bootie is super stitched terrible unprofessional on the sides therefore is a blister prone in longer walking or god forbid you like in these. Material is not breathing and super hot stinky chemicals type. The noise the bootie makes rubbing against the frame is another unbearable and makes this shoe unwearable. This could have been easily fixed in preproduction by exchanging the sole of that bootie to less stinky and more canvas material. The frame foam is super heavy and hard. The whole trend of these funny shoes was a soft foam around. This one is a strange one. Oh and runs half size small and tight

Disappointing
Was really excited for this product but was disappointed when it came. It was too small and tight. The shoe squeaks and makes noise when you walk in it. Cool design but disappointing on foot.

Comfortable!
The Merrell Hydro Moc AT Ripstop is a very comfortable, well-made shoe, but I’m a little concerned about the vulnerability of the bungee cord laces to snags and similar mishaps. If the cords are severed, will Merrell be able to provide replacements? The only problem I encountered with my order is that I was sent the wrong size (10) initially. I was informed that the correct size (9) I ordered was no longer available in that style, so I ordered the Merrell Hydro Moc AT Cage, which is the same shoe, but without the sock. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the shoes’ comfort and style, and they complement my two pairs of Merrell Hydro Mocs very nicely.

Really cool
These shoes are definitely cool. I enjoy wearing the inserts around the house because I've got hard floors and the rubber bottoms are great.
I would not recommend just wearing the inserts everywhere all the time as the rubber bottom (or sole) is just too thin.
I was wearing just the shells for awhile until they started rubbing a spot on my ankle, unfortunately, so I've been taking a break from them.
For sizing, I wear a size 10 slip-on style van, so that's the size I went with for this, but unfortunately it's a little too big. If I decide to buy a second pair, I'll be getting a 9 next time.
I deducted a star for the rubbing and the off sizing.
Overall, a really great shoe.

Great but with some flaws.
Great fit but my ankle scratches on the back. The regular hydromocs are much comfortable in my opinion. Wish they had the hydromoc in this color as well (Coyote)
