Merino Wool Blend Liner for G5 Infant Car Seat

I purchased this liner as a backup for the car seat after my 4 month old had a blowout in her stroller seat and I realized that if she had a blowout in the car, there would be no driving around until it was washed and dried. I purchased the merino wool after reading that it was a bit better at temperature regulation. My baby can overheat and get pretty sweaty and I don’t know if it’s in my head, but I do believe the wool keeps her a bit drier. I do love the color much better! If you have the budget to get another cover, do it!! You’ll thank yourself for when the inevitable blowout happens!

This is a great update to the insert we received when we purchased the Orbit system for our first born back in 2021. Now with our second, we wanted to refresh the insert, and found this one great looking and more functional. The old head support was separate from the insert’s body which made it a little loose, but the new one is much easier to put our baby into since it’s attached to the top. Looks very sleek! The only issue I have is that we use it with the Newborn Insert right now, and there isn’t enough space for the buckle pad. We have to forego using it which would be more comfortable. Once she grows a bit bigger in the coming months, we could remove the insert and use the buckle padding then.
