Great look but tight fit
I love Mephisto foot wear due to back and neck injury. I was pleased to see the Phila boot in soft thin grey suede. I purchased an 8-1/2 medium.
These boots were so tight on my foot and ankles that I could feel the inside zipper (there are 2 zippers on shoe) biting into my ankles and shoe squeezing my foot. I have medium to narrow width feet and the shoes “fit” but were so tight and uncomfortable I had to return them. Perhaps the non-leather version would feel better or at least not stretch out and show toe indentation as the thin suede did.

so comfy. spot on for sizing for me.
I will use these as winter commuter and work shoe. I have some mile walk from train to office. I wear a 10M and these have plenty of room for comfort with socks for me. Nice look too -not bulky and I can wear with skirts.
