great for narrow feet
I have narrow feet which makes finding sandals tough. I have tried Birkenstock and while the straps are adjustable, I find the soles very uncomfortable and they are still wide. These Mephisto sandals fit perfectly and the sole is more padded and comfortable. Recommend!

Didn't work for me!
I love the Mephisto Helen style and didn't realize that this style - Nalia - would hit my bunyon in such a bad way. Could easily work for others. Already returned and thank you, Nordstrom, for free shipping and returns.

Stylish and comfortable.
The fit and comfort and stylish shiny straps are great. I wish the foot bed was darker. I know they will get dirty and not look as pretty real fast. A nubuck color would be more practical for the footbed.

Did a comparison between this sandal and a similar style from Birkenstock, all the features of this sandal were superior. I chose the coral and it is a nice POP of color that is versatile. The fit is fantastic!!! (You won’t want to take them off). The look is feminine and the width is slim. Truly every penny. Liked them so much, I purchased a pair for my sister

Newer style is lighter weight with flexible sole
These are different from the traditional Mephisto shoe. They have thinner straps and the soles are lighter weight and more flexible. I have foot issues (Morton's Neuroma) that require a stiff sole - they may be too flexible for me. I'm keeping them anyway but I suspect I'll need to wear my old style Mephistos for greater support if I'm doing a lot of walking. I typically wear a 7.5 and the 38 was the correct fit for me.
