T clasp failed on first use
The screw that holds the base of the T clasp to the bracelet was not fully screwed in. It fell out on first use. I never got to wear it. Its tiny. Unfindable. Fixing it would require both the screw and jeweler size tools. The leather feels fine, but this is a quality control miss.
Nordstrom returned it in-store with no pushback, which I appreciate.
