Why do sizes keep changing???

I love the shirt. My body size and shape has not changed in 15 years. I used to order an XL and it was large on me. Now I have to order an XXXL then wash/dry to get the same size shirt. Why do clothing manufacturers do this???

Bad embroidery

Would be a great shirt but there is a white square on the back of the embroidered T, and this square shows through the white t-shirt, which i guess wouldnt be too bad if it was at least square, but its random angles.
