Designed Impeccably, Excessive Pilling
Lifelong fan of RL, own 1000s of pieces. This Yankees cardigan is extraordinary; design, fit, letter application- i feel like Babe Ruth in this sweater. It has one major caveat / issue. It is pilling uncontrollably from little, casual wear. It looks like I've worn it for 20yrs, daily with no maintenance after collectively 8hrs of wear on the couch, watching the playoffs. Im so torn because it's my favorite Yankees cardigan of all time, but the pilling makes it lose all its majesty, even after sweater combing and pill shaving before each use. If corporate reads this, do i have a defective rendition, perhaps?
