size up. it's definitely a soccer fit, enough room in the thighs but tight down the calf. I'm 6'2, 165 say size 31 waist. order a medium, exchanged for a large. while just a little loose in the waist, still the right choice. embroidered logo. material is great, soft and a little padded. drawstring seems kinda cheap.
