Creed reps tarnishing Nordstrom name
I have been shopping at this Nordstrom for 32 years. I have purchased many items here over the years including many fragrances which can be verified with my account. Upon spending $345 today on this fragrance set, I asked for one of the free samples of another Creed fragrance. Normally these are handed out without even buying anything, and I almost always get something with my past purchases. In this case I was told No because the Creed reps dont like to do that. I was very surprised and while this doesn't reflect Nordstrom as a whole, I think the Creed reps have tarnished the experience and I likely won't purchase anymore fragrances there. Someone needs to speak to them, the entire purpose of free fragrance samples is to give to potential customers. Refusing a single free sample after making a $345 purchase is unacceptable.
