How to use: We recommend three to five 10-minute treatments per week for 4 to 6 weeks, followed by maintenance as desired. Charge your controller, then connect it to the device. Cleanse skin and pat dry. Secure the device to your head using the hook-and-loop straps. Start the 10-minute treatment. Remove the device and apply moisturizer to the skin. Gently wipe down the device with a water-based wipe.
