What it is: A hydrating balm-to-oil cleanser that melts away makeup, SPF, dirt and pollution without stripping or drying skin.

What it does: Combining nourishing antioxidants and actives, this waterless formula helps melt away the day. It's packed with soothing botanicals including native Australian wild orange leaf extract, sandalwood seed oil and grapeseed oil, which leave skin hydrated, soft and radiant, never stripped, tight or dry.

In a one-week trial with 23 participants:
- 100% agreed it removed all traces of makeup
- 100% agreed skin didn't feel stripped or tight after using

How to use: Apply to dry skin, gently massaging in circular motions. Rinse off using warm water or a damp cloth. Repeat if required and follow with your usual serum or moisturizer.
Pro tips: You can also leave the balm on skin for up to 10 minutes as a nourishing mask.

Amazing Cleanser!
I bought this cleanser on the recommendation of The Skimm newsletter. There were no reviews so I was a bit worried. I have struggled for years to find a decent facial cleanser and moisturizer. Especially when I need to wear a mask, my face breaks out and dries out. I LOVE this cleanser! I usually put it on and wait several minutes before washing off. My skin feels great and after just a week has cleared up. I didn't change my moisturizer, just this. It is smooth going on, feels good and it only takes a small amount. I have found my forever cleanser!

It is a good make up remover, but its notging special like i was expecting. ...
It is very expensive and the smell is ok, but i think i still prefer the pharmacy green cream cleansimg balm. I do think is worth trying if you are looking for a luxurious experience. I will not be repurchasing it. I will buy the pharmacy green cleansing balm

Beautiful, hydrating and incredibly effective
This is a really beautiful balm cleanser. It feels hydrating and supportive on the skin, especially when it’s feeling stressed, and it never leaves my face tight or uncomfortable. The texture is gorgeous and melts down easily, making it a very enjoyable first cleanse.
It completely obliterates makeup and SPF without any struggle, but still feels kind to the skin. The scent is quite sensorial and reminds me a little of the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm, which I personally enjoy.
If anything, I almost wish I’d used it as a second cleanse at times just to get more of the skincare benefits sitting closer to the skin. It’s one of those cleansers that feels like more than just a makeup remover. A really well formulated, luxurious but effective balm.

So nourishing!
I absolutely love love love this cleansing balm! It cleanses my face whilst still leaving it very nourished and doesn’t strip at all. I love the uplifting orange scent- it really improves my day. I look forward to using this at the end of a very long day!

Refreshing
I actually had a mini pot of this cleanser, and was suprised at how much i liked it. I like a scent to my cleansing balm, as i enjoy taking ny makeup off at the end of the day and take in the spa like smells! It melted into my skin perfectly and even took all my mascara off without scrubbing my eyes and didnt leave me with that fogginess you sonetimes get-
My skim felt clean and refreshed. I have went on to repurchase a full size.

Very nice but not unctuous!
I love a cleansing balm and I love that unctuous feeling of a rich balm that melts easily but maintains a bit of thickness to it - the Alpha H balm, whilst very good, just doesn’t have that. The fragrance of the balm is great and it really removes make up easily whilst washing off nicely with a damp cloth without residue. Quite pricy for the tub size but recommend.
