Floral Print Flutter Sleeve Faux Wrap Midi Dress

I bought this last night. The material is a nice thin weight and has a lovely, bright, pretty pattern. The waist is above the natural waist and thus, appears slimming. There are layers in the skirt that hide your stomach but don't add to your volume. Sleeves cover underarm pouches and tops of shoulders. The large was too tight on my bust. I am 5'8, 178 lbs. Got the XL and seems to fit perfectly. Kudos to Nordstrom for offering up options besides Body-con dresses. It took me an hour to find this dress after trying on other options, which didn't work with my curves.

Beautiful pattern/colors and flattering style. Took a chance on a Small - the bust is slightly snug, but not worth sizing up since everywhere else fits pretty well. Didn't notice a zipper anywhere, so you need enough room to haul over your shoulders. Love that it has pockets and a tiny snap to hold the top together. Nice movement in the skirt. Definite flamenco vibes!

I have a hard time finding body-flattering dresses for my short-torso frame. This dress was actually a great fit! For ref. 36A, 5'4'', 125lbs and got the XS. The dress is slightly longer in the back, on me it hits right at the back of my ankle, but bc it tapers up in the front it does not look too long and prairie-ish like some other dresses of this style. I do have a smaller chest and found that the XS fit just right (it does have a small button that fastens at the V which is helpful with getting the dress on and over your head/body. Someone with a fuller bust would need to size up to a S as there is not any stretch in the fabric so the shoulders would be too tight. Also, there is NO zipper to get into this dress, so over the head it goes, but does take a little careful work to shimmy it on/off since there is no stretch. Great quality, it is lined inside with a dark green material so it is not sheer, and it has POCKETS at the hips which is so great! This dress was a pleasant surprise and will be great for holiday photos.
