'Scoop & Stack' Ice Cream Cone Set

My daughter received this as a gift for her second birthday. She is interested in playing with it but all of the pieces have very weak magnets and the ice cream easily falls off of the cones. She quickly loses interest when she has to stop to pick up the pieces constantly. I find that even for an adult, the scoop is difficult to use because again, the weak magnets hardly hold onto the ice-cream. It is cute but the function is not acceptable for the price. This is the first time I have been very disappointed in a Melissa and Doug toy, they usually are well made.

Our 2 y.o. granddaughter and 5 y.o. grandson enjoy playing with this set

We got this as a gift for my daughter’s first birthday and she’s now almost 18months and we’ve played with this toy almost every single day! I see a lot of people in the reviews complaining about the magnet on the cones not being strong enough -it does hold ice cream scoops up but you have to be careful but I believe that’s the whole point and fun of the toy!! Teaching little ones to be stable and walk slow with all four scoops stacked or else it falls that shows cause and effect!! We love Melissa and Doug toys!

They need to use better magnet for their ice-cream toys they fall off easily

5 yr old is having fun with this ice cream set and we dont have to worry about his 1 yr old brother swallowing the pieces, just wanted more available flavors as the 4 isn't enough for creative kids, any chance on selling us more color/flavor combos soon?

The issue is storage. All the pieces do not fit in the box.
