Great gift:)
Cute little kitchen! Wish there was a bit more shelving for storage because IF you buy the food, cookware, plates, etc you start to run out of space. We used the top shelf and kept the items in the cute wooden boxes that the items were sent in but still wish there was more storage area! Still LOVE this tho!

Middle piece was broken. It’s clear somebody tried to glue it together and repaint it with the wrong color paint… but we are past our return date because this was a gift for our daughter who wasn’t ready to use it but now she is… this company is cheating the system Trying to sell broken goods and hoping parents like us get it as a gift and don’t open it for a while.

Door handles break easily and cannot be replaced
Overall, an extremely disappointing purchase. My 3 year old broke one of the flimsy door handles and the Melissa and Doug, unfortunately, does not allow you to purchase replacement parts. Overall, I would say it is not a good value for the money. If a child can easily break a part in typical play as intended you need better parts - or at minimum you need to offer replacement parts for purchase. This is now an oversized pile of garbage.

Great gift!
We bought this for Christmas for our granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!! Directions were great, they have great titles for each step and helpful hints/reminders. It went together very quickly to my pleasant surprise. The only thing I would change would he to add the metal plates for the door hinges before you fully assemble the unit. We found it difficult to get a screen driver in close enough and most of the screws went in crooked but otherwise everything else was perfect!!

Breakfast, anyone?
This piece of furniture is as cute as it looks in the photos. We purchased this for our 4 yr old grandchild for Christmas. It went together quite easily. The directions were quite clear (except for the placement of 4 screws). My husband was able to get this set up with minimal problems.

Looks great, some quality flaws
My daughter had been loving the play kitchen and uses it every day since Christmas. Unfortunately, the faucet came off after a couple weeks and a larger issue is the oven door and woodwork around it completely broke off after my daughter opened the door.
