Mega Z Cloud Sandal

Absolute favorite Chaco style! The MegaZ Cloud is immensely comfortable. I did not expect that anything could be an improvement over the classic, but WOW. I have two pairs already and plan to buy more if new colors come out next year. I had ankle surgery a few months ago, and these are the only shoes I wear now. LOVE them!

I love Chaco sandals. I still wear my first Chacos bought about 25 years ago, although the soles are very worn. I bought the Mega Z/Cloud wide strap to try a different "good for hiking" style. First issue is size; the 6 (size of my new pair) are too long and the 5 (size of my first pair) end right at the top of my toes which can lead to occasional toe stubbing. As others have written, I wish Chacos came in half sizes. Another issue is the wide strap; it initially feels good and does secure the sandal, but at times rubs against my ankles. Third issue is the footbed; when I wear the sandals all day, at some point it feels like my foot is stuck to the footbed. It may be a result of the wide strap providing such a solid hold on the foot (most likely, imho), or with the material itself. Unfortunately, I wore them outside immediately so cannot return them. Unless you have had previous experience with this style, my suggestion is to wear them indoors for a few days. It's an expensive purchase, but definitely worth it when the fit and style is right.

I bought these recently but they run REALLY small. definitely size up 1/2-1 size up especially if you have wider feet.

These are very comfortable sandals. I love the pattern and colors on the straps. With the black soles, they go well with almost anything.

These sandals are gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. I wasn't sure I would love the design, but I absolutely do! I needed some good support as well as a soft sole for some hiking in Glacier Park. These were perfect! I love the wide straps and the light cushioning of the ZCloud.
