Medusa Head Leather Belt

I never write bad reviews but this experience needed a write up. This Versace belt over $500 came wrapped in a plastic bag. Inside was a black dust bag by an entirely different designer, Akris, not Versace. What? It’s like the packaging person dug in a drawer to find any random bag. The dimensions were to be a 2-21/2” buckle as a statement piece. The one I received was maybe 1”. The belt width was to be 1 1/2”. The belt width received was super skinny, less than 1”. The tag was rumpled as it was an obvious previous return. There seems to be a major decline with Nordstrom service or someone in packing oversight is not paying attention to reviews. I’m not the first person this has happened to. I hate to be negative but this left me feeling like someone needs to know, especially for such an expensive item. Had to leave one star in order to write the review but it deserves no stars. Total fail. What has happened to Nordys? Disappointing.
