Medusa '95 Kitten Heel Slingback Pump (Women)

Super frustrated. I originally ordered an 8 which is my normal size as there were no reviews indicating these ran small. They were the first item I have ever received in recent times from Nordstrom that was beautifully packed. Shoe bags on each shoe, tissue stuffing, the authencity papers as well as extra heels in a pouch. I called to see if I could do an exchange so as to not mess up my points. They said no. I had to return and reorder. Super frustrating as other stores do this for you. The 9 arrived. Not well packaged, missing shoe bag, the papers and the pouch for the heels (they were simply taped to the lid which could have damaged the shoes). I called customer service and they said all they could do was suggest I order another pair. Again, other stores would have offered a discount to keep but not Nordstrom. They used to be known for their care and customer service but not anymore.
