Extremely heavy. Used it for one week and the strap is already shredding apart. The adjust straps don’t adjust enough … and the when wearing it like a backpack it doesn’t hang right on your back

Beautiful design, but it's not actually a backpack
I haven't been this excited about a bag in a long time — the cord, the colors, the material are all gorgeous. But after loading it up and taking it to the airport with my four kids (carrying it by the handle on the way out), I went to put it on as a backpack and found a real design flaw.
The straps sit way too low. Worn as a backpack, it hangs a good 4 inches OUTWARD from your back — so if the zipper is open at all, everything falls out. It only works if you're carrying it by the straps, not actually wearing it.
The crossbody strap is too short to use that way, and I get that crossbody may not have been the intended function — but with four kids and constant bending over, having the bag stay locked to your body isn't optional for me. It's a dealbreaker.
Gorgeous bag. Wrong straps. Please fix this — I want to love it.
