Return or replace / try another?
I love the look of this bag. It’s beautiful, but my entire wedding day this zipper was a struggle to pull closed. It’s ridiculous how hard it is. I had to leave my purse open and if bag tipped or car bumped / jerked things were falling out. Zippers are important. They need to be strong for sure but functional.

Another Very Nice Leather Tote by Michael Kors!
The bag looks good! It is large enough to hold all the items I like to carry with me, but is not so large as to look like I am on my way to an overnight event. It has a few interior pockets, which really I like. The inside is lined with a smooth to the touch cloth material. I wish the leather sholder strap was just a little stronger.
