I purchased this bag online. I previously owned a pink MCM Visetos tote in the exact same style. I loved it so much, I wore it out. I assumed this would be the same coated cotton as my other one. But, it is not! After researching online, I’ve come to learn this bag is polyurethane. Yes. That means plastic. The straps are leather and you can certainly tell the difference in the feel of it. The tote itself, however, feels like plastic. Very stiff and not forgiving/slouchy as my other MCM tote. Now I understand why it is presented by itself on the website. 2 stars for pretty color and great style. I’m on the fence about keeping it. It’s a lot of money for a plastic purse.

In good spirits celebrating my anniversary leading into the Holidays I ordered a gift for my 3years young anniversary to my better half. The package never arrived. I called customer service to advise them I hadn't received my items .After speaking to an escalation team of some sort I was told the items were infact delivered. I of course asked for proff like a picture or signature and was told of course they dont have one. Do the math how could they if I never received items nor were they ever delivered
