Disappointed!!!!
I was really excited to get this but the moment it arrived, gosh I was so so so disappointed. THE BAG FEELS CHEAP AND IT DIDN’T COME WITH THE DUST BAG AND ALSO THE STITCHES LOOKS RUSH!!!!

I really liked the bag in store and wanted to order this color they didn’t have in store. I ordered it and came with no longchamp bag or tag also came with alarm tag on. Very poor service.

Quality Control Missed
I ordered a Longchamp Le Pliage bag and it arrived with a security tag still attached. I went to Nordstrom to have it removed, but they didn’t even have the right tool for it. It also came with no original packaging or tags from Longchamp and was poorly packed. Disappointed overall—this isn’t what I expected from Nordstrom.

Perfect Fall Tote!
Beautiful chocolate tote with complimentary strap. I own many variations of the Le Pliage and this one does not disappoint. This size will be my everyday tote. The strap length works with plenty of room when wearing sweaters and heavy jackets. Easy to clean and carefree.
