Although I had an option to buy this directly from Kate Spade during the Black Friday weekend (as they also offered 50% off), I decided to get it from Nordstrom. Now, I deeply regret my decision. Nordstrom sent me a DEFECTIVE item without the shoulder strap, and I'm unable to exchange it because Nordstrom no longer has the item in this color. Of course, Kate Spade no longer offers the same 50% off either. When I called the customer service, they said there was nothing they could do.

The color instantly drew me, and I couldn’t be happier. This light purple/lilac color really brings me joy and I’ve been getting many compliments. The leather is soft, and there’s plenty room for a full size phone and wallet (plus lipsticks). The double straps are exactly what I needed. If you have back or shoulder issues, it’s also rather light weight. Treat yourself and get one today!

I adore this bag . I bought the violet color and it is so beautiful. We were traveling by plane to Southern California and this was perfect for keeping my wallet and other items close to me. No complaints. Strap is perfect. I did get the bag 1/2 price. But I would recommend.

I was shipped this purse with half a shoulder strap. I see another reviewer had the same experience. Nordstrom why are you shipping out damaged goods?
